***Since this pinafore has open sides, the most important measurement is the WAIST. Please measure your child's waist and add 2-2.5" for layering.***
For example, if your child's waist measures 20", add 2" for ease, making a total of 22". For this measurement, she would take a size 4.

Our model has a waist size of 20.5" and is 41" tall. She wearing a size 4 with perfect fit. The fit is very comfortable for her but does not have much excess room with a dress underneath the pinafore.
